SelectMenu has limit of 25 options. I think it would be useful to be able to select any guild member, any role or channel through this component. After all, now, the only convenient way to choose something from this is slash commands. And to select, for example, a user through a modal window, you need to copy his ID and paste it into TextInput.

Instead of specifying `options`, make a parameter like `preset`:

`preset: "users"`

so that people can quickly select the right user or channel. Similar to how we select a user in a text channel. A la @​Mention

  User, role, mentionable, and channel select menus have been in private testing since March. They'll probably release later this year.
