Disable preview for quotes and code blocks

This was originally reported as a bug, but as this is apparently intentional behavior, I am requesting that it be changed here.

I want the "Preview emojis, mentions, and markdown syntax as you type" option to also disable the preview for quotes and code blocks. I don't know why it suddenly doesn't, but it makes no sense as those are also markdown syntax.

    This is including the syntax for when you type /me right? I hate that, i want that to be toggled off.
