Partial screen sharing with PiP webcam

Please, do implement this feature so we don't have to setup OBS to mix partial screen sharing with our webcam. This is so useful in professional communities and organizations.

Setting OBS up is not for everyone plus it consumes plenty of CPU.

If we could have annotation like in Loom (see below) that would super awesome.
