Streaming - Observer Mode (or simulcast)
Streams could benefit from an Observer Mode, where parties can join the stream to watch, and will hear presenter audio from the stream, but audience voice comms exist in a separate space.
The closest real world equivalent might be a simulcast room. An activity is happening in Room A with limited attendance; a camera and microphone are present, so Room A content is streamed to Room B where an audience is watching. Room B reactions are confined to Room B.
A sample use case would be game streams where players require a measure of coordination and clear comms. Perhaps you're raiding and need to be able to talk to your raid team, but members of your clan or guild want to ride along and watch. If you add them to a stream, their comms may interfere with yours. If you set up a room where everybody else starts muted, the watchers can't interact with each other and talk about cool moments they see while watching the stream. If you leave the room open, you're stuck moderating on the fly, playing whack-a-mole with the people on open mics or the folks who just can't keep quiet while the raid team is doing their thing.
