Please take a measure to false report spamming. 悪意のある通報によるBANへの対策を
Recently, several Japanese Discord servers and their administrators have been banned because of malicious users' false reports.
Spammers can make servers get banned without joining the server. Instead, they just need to repeatedly report the IDs of the servers and the user. We can't prevent this by anti-spam functions and bots, such as Slow Mode, AutoMod, or Vortex.
Therefore, server admins cannot use existing methods to tackle this problem, and in many cases, they have no choice other than to give up when they receive a warning via Discord system message or email.
Moreover, the program that can perform this is already published, and anyone can exploit the reporting system by following a few simple steps.
Since Discord does not check whether a user who reported is a bot or not and does not set a limit on the number of the user's reports, spammers send the same report thousands of times. Eventually, users or servers will be got punished when the number of reports reaches a certain threshold, even though they are not violating any of the terms of service.
Furthermore, Discord isn't reviewing the report, so users get punished even though there is no content that "encourages cybercrime" or "encourages the sharing of personal information" in the server, which are the reasons for the reports.
When we ask for support on this issue, they often send around us or send us an automated response in half a day after. Humans don't take care of the case, which leads us to recreate the server or account in tears.
We request Discord to address the problem related to the reporting system and lift all punishment the system has done up to now.

ここ最近、日本語圏向けに開設されている複数の Discord サーバーやその管理者が悪意のあるユーザーによって凍結にまで持ち込まれています。
これは、テキストチャンネルのスローモードや AutoMod、Vortex などの荒らし対策 Bot を利用しても防ぐことができず、何らかの方法で凍結させたいサーバーとユーザーの ID を入手して通報を繰り返すことで、そのサーバーに参加することなく凍結まで持ち込むことができます。
その為、サーバーの運営者は既存の方法でこの問題を対策することができず、Discord のシステムメッセージやメールにて警告を受け取った際には諦めるしかない事がほとんどです。
しかも、これを試すことができるプロジェクトは全世界から見える所に置いてあり、簡単な手順に沿うことで誰でも通報システムを悪用することができます。
そして、Discord は通報システムにて Bot かどうかの判定をしておらず、しかも回数制限なども設けていないため、何千回でも悪意のある通報を行うことができ、恐らく内部で設けられているであろうしきい値に通報が達した場合、そのサーバーやユーザーが利用規約に違反していなくとも警告後、凍結まで行われてしまいます。
また、通報の理由である「サイバー犯罪などの助長」や「個人情報の共有の助長」などの話題が一切サーバーで出ていないにもかかわらず、Discord は実際の通報を精査せずに処罰を行います。
この問題についてサポートを求めても、たらい回しにされたり、約半日後に来た返信が自動回答であったりなど、人間の介入が認められないことも多いため、泣く泣くサーバーやアカウントを作り直すことになります。
どうか、Discord には速やかに通報システムが悪用できる問題を対処してもらい、今までのシステムの悪用によって行われた通報での処罰の解除を求めます。

初めまして。いつもDiscordを利用しているntldrと申します。
先ほどこの投稿を読んでいていろいろと思ったことがあったので書いておきます。また読みにくい文章となってしまうかもしれませんがご理解いただければ幸いです。
まずDiscordのサポート体制ですが、少なくとも2021年(コロナに入った頃でしょうか)から全く機能していないといっていいほど酷いです。理由は通報したにもかかわらず定型文しか返ってこないまま、チケットがクローズされてしまいその後、どんなに投稿内容が非合法的であっても全く処理されることなく放置されているのが現状です。
また一度凍結されたサーバーやアカウントに関しては、「自分たちに非はない」と断固して復旧しないのがポリシーらしく、問い合わせても何一つ進展がないことが多いです。
実際私も認証ができずサポートセンターにアカウントロックを解除するよう問い合わせたところ、「こちらの認証システムに非はない。だから垢を作り直せ。」という返事しか返ってこず、泣く泣く2代目を作ったことがあります。
ですので私の意見としては、もう運営に何かを求めないほうが良いように思えてきます。荒らしグループやサーバーへの攻撃サービス等のDiscordサーバーが放置されているような状況で、これ以上何を言おうと無視されるだけです。
無駄な努力とは言いませんが、まだ望みがあり対処してくれると思っているのであれば、もうやめたほうが良いでしょう。

初めまして。1万人以上のメンバーが集うゲームコミュニティ（Discordのパートナーサーバーに認定されていた）を運営しておりましたが、同様の被害に遭っています。
1年以上運営してきた思い入れのあるコミュニティでした。多くのメンバーが活用していた事もあり、この様な形でサーバーが消えてしまった現状に、申し訳なさ、やるせなさが残るばかりです。
Discordという交流ツールが非常に便利だという事を身をもって体感しているからこそ、今後Discordを安心して使用するためにも、大切なコミュニティが唐突に消されることが無い仕組み作りを強く望んでいます。
被害の復旧は私にとって切実な問題です。しかし、それが叶わないにせよ、この様な問題が表面化していることを、一刻も早くご担当者様に認知いただきたいと感じております。

こちらの件についてはとても重大な問題だと認識しており、他サーバーの管理人の方々とも相談して出来る限りの対策はおこなっておりますが、完全な対策というものは出来ず、やはりDiscordの運営の方々に対応していただくしかないという結論に至っています。私達が今一番求めていることは、悪意のある人物からの虚偽の通報等で容易にサーバーを凍結出来てしまう現在のシステムの改善、そして誤りにより凍結されてしまったサーバー及びアカウントの凍結解除です。
現在は毎日のようにサーバーが凍結されている危機的な状況ですので、ご多忙かと思いますが迅速な対応をお願いします。またサーバー及びアカウントの凍結に関する問い合わせへの返信で、凍結は誤りではなく妥当であるという旨の返信が来たとの情報を閲覧しましたが、私は現在のDiscord運営のそうした判断はあまり適切ではないと感じております。
本当に不適切な運営がなされているサーバーを通報しても凍結されない。Discordパートナーシップに違反する内容のサーバーがパートナーサーバーに承認される。
その一方で、見本とすら言えるような模範的なサーバーが根拠もなしに凍結されている。
誠実に生きようと努力をしている人間が損をしてしまうこの現状に納得することが出来ません。私達管理人にとってサーバー運営とは単なる遊びや趣味ではなく、ライフワークと言って良いほどに重要なものです。
忙しい日々の中で、決して少なくない時間を使って必死に運営しています。
それを踏まえた上でDiscord運営の方々にも誠実な対応をしていただきたいです。

こんにちは。
私は、いわゆる同業者と呼ばれるものです。また、Discordの自動化についても研究しています。
Discordの通報機能はとても乱雑です。たった1件の トラスト＆セーフティーへの通報は受理されれば、サーバー及びオーナーアカウント(...場合によっては、管理権限保有アカウントまで！)はロックされ、時期に削除されます。
また、同じメールアドレスと使用して何度もリポートを送信することが出来ます。
そして、私は不和のオペレーターでは無いので正確なことを発せませんが、おそらくDiscordは通報の内容を確認していません。大量のレポートが1日に到達するので、おそらくランダムにクリックしていると感じています。また、奇妙なことにアクティブ しきい値が高いオフィシャルサーバーはロックできたことが存在しません。
日本語は母国では無いので、間違いはすみません。

こんにちは。
幸いなことに、私が権限を持っているサーバーでは、この問題は発生していません。しかし、この問題の対策としてサーバーにメモしてある情報を別のソフトウェアにコピーする必要がありました。これにはかなりの時間がかかったと同時にとても疲れました。
