Account suspended without reason

I was in a discord call and went to the bathroom, then came back to my account having been disabled without any email informing me. I contacted support and was simply told I violated the terms of service, but I don’t know how that is possible. I don’t know what I did but I’m sure it is a misunderstanding, what do I do?
