account disabled (no good reason)

My discord account has been disabled with a reason that is not valid or does not apply to me.

they are saying that I have violated the TOS of the community, saying I tried to get people's authentication tokens from discord. which is not true, i have never been in a discord server with that activity of any kind or in dm's. when i saw that mail i have sent a support ticket without getting a response from them over 2 weeks, so i sent another email to them and got a response saying that i have violated the TOS and they will not reinstatie my account while falsely getting my account disabled, i sent then another response and haven't heard back from them.

 

i have been a member of discord for 4-5+ years and haven't broken any rules or some kind

    I have the same issue, every time i put a ticket to their support team I get the same automated message that is proof that no one has read the mail.

    They should really work on this tbh to get better customer support because this just isn't right

    so long time no talk on this post, but guess what they have deleted my account and all my data.

    and my friend really wanted to talk to me on discord so I made a new fresh account so I can start fresh yk. well guess what not even one minute in my new account they have disabled it because they flagged my account for spam and or platform abuse.

     

    I'm really thinking is discord doing this to just lose users on their platform because they are really bringing hate to it and its not fun
