Hello... I have been informed that my account has been disabled for violating some service standards, knowing that I did nothing and did not use my account for a while .. Can you help me and thank you

  Disabling your account means your account is put on hold. You can reactivate it by logging in and following the prompts. When you disable an account you will no longer receive any @notifications through the email address associated with your Discord account. However, you can still get friend requests.
