my account was hacked and disabled

My account was hacked while i was on vacation and was disabled for breaking tos, now before i left i do recall running a fake WinRar file from a site that looked almost identical to the real thing, i submitted 3 appeals and they have yet to respond, i even sent picture proof of the antivirus screen saying that it was an infected file, and also other stuff like a discord password reset, and a spotify login request, to no avail, i have a server with around 3000+ people and i would be sad to lose it for something so stupid
