The Nitro Gift Button is repeatative and poorly designed.

Having the ability to turn it off or remove it entirely would be optimal. Before it wasn't nearly as bad, but now it is more intrusive for the holiday season. I continually get the text box pop up whenever a friend messages me, it is literally every 3 messages that this text box pops up and it disrupts typing by disengaging the messaging system until it is hovered over to reset it.

There is literally no sense in having the gift button in the first place when the gifting option was already self-contained within the Nitro Tab/ Nitro Settings. Additionally, the Nitro Tab allows the options to gift either Nitro or Nitro Basic, the gift button defaults the most expensive option only; there is no way to change this.

On mobile, the location is even worse and is way too easy to accidentally click on the gift button instead of the intended image share button. The only blessing that the mobile version has, is that it doesn't have any text-box pop-up feature as the desktop/browser versions do.

In conclusion, the Nitro tab is better for easy access for Nitro related content, the gift button is intrusive, repetitive in design and poorly coded when it comes to pop-up notifications. The best alternative would be to remove it entirely or make it optional to remove pop-up notifications for the gift button ad at the least.
