Discord age update problem

So, idk why but discord said that im under 13 or 14, i send them my passport and then they answered very fast that they don’t see birth date.. Why they can’t just zoom it?.. okay.. i send it again and now theres NO RESPONSE FOR A WEEK.. What the? My user SuperCosmoTim#3622 Maybe after this post they finally will help
