New method of using 2 factor authentication

So, not a lot of people who use discord have phones, so there is definitely a large contingent of people who haven't added and are not willing their phone numbers to discord. My suggestion is to be able to have email verification for 2FA as an option, along with phone numbers. This will be good for those who want safety but don't have a phone.

I know this will probably never get read by the discord staff team but if you guys do manage to read this, please consider my suggestion.
