[Discord Support Problems] The email method doesn't work anymore in 2023
I've tried to email Discord about my friend's hacked account but they sent to me automated message that they are not able to respond via emails "support@discord.com and support@discordapp.com" and that I need to fill the report form instead. I've already do that before but I got no response from Discord, not even automated message. What's going on with this support these days.

If you didn't get an automated response then it could be a problem with your email (ex. it putting the emails into spam folder).

Thers is not listed that type of report and in the email there is no an automated email even in spam and trash too so I think that there is some errors in that case. So, is the email the Discord feature EOL or it still can be used somehow but on what email if it's not available on support@discord.com/support@discordapp.com
