Gary of Loxley, 8745 seemingly is blocked

Gary of Loxley, 8745 seemingly is blocked from many of the servers I've joined.
I'd like to get access to Advanced Civilizations but there are several more that "crash".

Please help this account get reaccess to several crashing servers.
