Your customer service is an embarassment. I've been trying to get in touch with a person for over a day and I keep getting referred back to your automated system. You disabled my account incorrectly after I tried to report an unauthorized transaction. I want access to my account restored immediately and I want you to REMOVE the unauthorized nitro purchases on 1/13/23

If you chargeback a transaction, you're going to get banned. That's how any app works. You should ALWAYS contact support before charging back. That should explain your initial disable, but still:
