Hide bots from the slash command menu if there is no commands available in that channel for those bots

As you know, you can restrict the usage of bot's commands to roles, users and channels. The commands that you don't have access to, won't show on the slash commands menu. But if you don't have access to any command of a bot, the bot will still appear on the menu with a message saying that "you don't have permissions to use any command". If you have a lot of bots, and you just want some bots to be able to be used in a channel, your menu will be flooded with a lot of bots saying that you don't have permissions.

It could be nice if this happens, instead of showing those messages, that the bots won't show at all.
