You can create a new badge for New Verified Bot Developers. That would be great for Verified Bot Developers who verified their applications after 2020.

  They kind of did.
  The Active Developer badge.
  
  Though I think this badge was a bad idea.
  Many users who knows literally nothing about developing an app can get this badge.
  
  People can reach out to me and ask me to build an app for them and because I have the Active Developer badge, it should be pretty clear that I know how to do that, but no. Because anyone can get it, so just because a user has this badge, doesn't mean they know shit about building apps.
  Just download a github file and boom, here's your badge.
  By the way, don't do this as you put yourself at risk of getting your account stolen!
  
  I personally think they should make the Verified Bot Developer badge available again, just with higher requirements, so that it is harder to exploit this.
  Maybe when the app reaches 1.000 or 5.000 servers, the developer gets the badge or something like that.
