In-chat translation window

I've recently entered a german-speaking server and as someone who is just learning I thought it would be helpful if I had a translated window next to the messages so I could understand text in german-only channels. 

You could toggle it on and off and select which language to translate it to. Ex. I could select English and the messages will be translated into English.

Just thought it would be helpful for people in multi-lingual servers.

  I can see a lot of issues with this, but it's a decent idea - like Twitter's translate button
  (Don't know how Discord would integrate this, though)
