New feature: Hyprid Ping

A little setup:
So, I have multiple teams, some focus on 3D modeling, some make texturers, coders etc.
we also have multiple projects.

When I need to ping 3D modeling people from project1 I don't want to ping Project1 coders or anybody from other projects.

So I suggest Hyprid Ping™. Basicly, a system where I could ping @Project1 and @3DModeler and it would only notify people who have both of those pings.

With this system I would only need these ranks to ping people without bothering others:
Project1
Project2
3D Modeler
Coder
Texturer

Otherwise I would need to create ranks like this:
Project1 3DModel
Project1 Coding
Project1 Texturer

Project2 3DModel
Project2 Coding
Project2 Texturer

at this example scale it really does not seem useful, but imagine if I started a 3rd project? Without hyprid ping I would need to create 3 more ranks. But if Hyprid ping was a thing I would only need to create Project3 rank and I would be good to go.

This really starts to scale when you have a lot of differend roles and need to ping spesific people. This feature could possibly free rank space if somebody is running low on it. And not really take anything away from the community this would also help manage the server.

One more example.
when you need to ping your staff on some channel that a lot of people see and you also need somebody that understands a spesific language you can just
@HyprdingPing-Staff-Spanish
This way you don't need to ping all staff / all Spanish users.

Just an useful freature that I think we could use.
