Stolen Account

on 11 feb i woke up and found that my outlook account someone hacked it and changed the email and password of discord . i did a support ticket with screenshoots to prove that i am the real owner they said they gonna send it to the trust and safety team ... but why is it taking long it is clear as sun that the account is stolen and i am the owner even the hacker changed the profile picture to troll picture .. is there any other way to recover my account back

    You should wait a little longer so that the Discord team can assist you. They are quite busy every day due to account theft issues.

    The same situation, they also said that they would send me to the trust and security service, and that's all, they no longer answer me, it's been almost 4 days.

    Currently going thru this as well.

    The first time I got zero contact about it, other than a survey asking how they did. The account then was turned into a NFT bot, so I sent a screen shot about that and more proof I was the owner along with some...colorful language that expressed my frustration that nothing had been done. This time, I finally got an actual person and a generic response, but that was it.

    This was over 2 weeks ago, yet my friend who also fell for the same person got their account back within 4 days. Plus, I am (now likely going to be a was) a Nitro user, so clearly that doesn't help you any in getting it back quickly.

    Hope for all the best for your own situation; mine seems pretty f'd.

    Discord can’t do anything about hacked accounts as they can’t change the accounts password or email so once its gone, its gone unfortunately but see if support says otherwise.
