Discord Support Ignoring Me
Hello, I was recently hacked on my Discord account. I create a ticket in order to have my account recovered. When I do this, all goes well until they tell me I need to delete the new account made under my email. I never did any such thing, and after a bit of investigating, I figure out it was the hacker. So, I try to reset the password so I can get in and delete the account, and sure enough, the hacker has enabled 2 step verification. So, I create another ticket asking Discord to delete the account for me. I get a nice team member who responds and says she has forwarded my request to another team. Well, once this was done (was it?), after a couple days of waiting for Discord to respond I add another message into the ticket asking for an update on the situation. Some time after this, they mark my ticket as solved! So, I make another ticket asking why they did this. Guess what? They closed it again. I am really angry about this and I have sent a voicemail to Discord's phone support (awaiting response). If any staff member or normal user is reading this, please drop a tip or tell your fellow team members to stop ignoring my situation.

Going back to the original story, why was your account hacked in the first place? Right from the start, that was your fault. I think Discord supporting you to resolve the issue caused by your mistake should be highly appreciated.

Yes, it was my fault. But this wasn't one of the common hacks you see, it was a highly advanced one. The website for the "game" he wanted me to test seemed legit. Also, I do appreciate any support given to me. However, when ignoring me and closing my tickets for no reason occurs, that is not appreciated. Especially when the hacker is making purchases on my Discord account.

Discord Support is like this, they ignore you for a few months and then they respond to you back in like 4 months. It is not gonna be easy getting your account back or deleted. Discord will take a long time helping you. I recommend waiting until they respond to one of your tickets.

Hey, sorry for the necro, but did you get your account back? I was hacked 18 days ago as of writing this. Discord has completely ghosted me too.

I have regained access to my account, it just takes discord Trust and Safety time.It's been a month and a half and my account was basically gutted and used for auctions/trading amongst a hacker circle online called NightClaimer.
Beware if your account is old or has badges. There are people who will pay for this, and there are hackers who target you for their dinner money.

The same scam targeted me and I fell for it. Discord has been no help, and its been over two months.. I was a nitro subscriber and an early adopter of Nitro, but I will never pay discord another cent!

I was also scammed and have been waiting for over half a month. They contacted me and then stopped responding.

So I finally got a response today: It's a stupid ass response, but it's a response nonetheless.
So chain of events, Hacker takes over my account and does a bunch of bad things. I get punished for it!

Is your card still linked to the other account though? That is your personal and private information that the hackers might be a hold of.

I never used a true credit card. I always use paypal, it requires a secondary authorization 2FA to make purchases.
