Recently hacked account
My account was recently hacked and I have sent three tickets in to try and recover it, the third was because the email I had with my account was also compromised by presumably the same hacker, and I don't know if I got a response there and I got no response on my third ticket which is from my main email. I would really like to get into some kind of direct contact with the support staff to help me get my account back because it was also the owner of a partnered server (that also got unpartnered because the person who currently has it is a scammer). I have been dealing with this since the 14th, I just want to get my account back before it gets banned because of the scammer on it now.

Im sorry to disappoint you but once your account is taken away and the password is changed you can’t recover that and discord can’t recover that , im sorry.

They really should be able to considering they can take other administrative actions on accounts.

First, if you don't have access to the email, contact the provider (like Gmail) to regain access - Discord cannot remotely help if you don't have access to the original email.
Second, creating more tickets like you did only hurts. The hacked account recovery process is incredibly slow because there's a huge amount of tickets to deal with, and creating/bumping lots of tickets just pushes all of your tickets to the very very bottom of the queue. This is a standard Zendesk feature which Discord uses.
Direct contact with support staff is not possible; you just need to contact via a hacked accounts ticket using the email before the account was hacked - if you don't have that, the account is gone forever

Part of the problem is that I have been trying to get access to the email back but the email provider keeps sending me in loops rather then actually trying to resolve the issue, plus the second ticket was to the original email with the account.

Did you try contact google? Maybe they can help too with getting your gmail account back.

Thing is, the email is not through Google. The email is the one that came from my ISP (since I couldn't link my gmail account) and my ISP is making hard to even contact them over my account.
