server member prune

As we have noticed, discord is increasingly trying to separate itself from the obligation to use a lot of bots on discord. To continue in this throw of offers an idea. On many servers moderators have to use bot commands to ban members for 1 reason only, member prune which is available with the ban role permission, this is totally illogical, only the server owner could and should have this permission. Because banning can be useful for moderators, Prune members is not useful for them, that's why please developers, make sure that only the owner of the server can fire members!!!
