Separate Discord settings between accounts on the same device.

I personally share a Windows PC with another person for Discord and we both have separate accounts that we switch to and fro when we use the device using the multiple accounts feature. My problem is that I personally like to use push-to-talk when using voice chat while the other person uses voice activity. Discord unfortunately does not separate the settings for the accounts and we have to manually switch the voice settings from push-to-talk to voice activity and vice-versa every single time the other person uses the PC since the settings save between accounts. Would it be possible to make it so that settings can be unique to each account on a single device and not shared between them? Currently using Windows PC on Discord PTB.
