Discord falsely banned me with no explanation

Hey everyone,

A few days ago, I woke up and I went to check my discord dms (like per usual) on my phone and I've been surprised with the fact that my account logged me out for some reason, I tried to log in and it said that my account was disabled -I had never experienced any of this before in my 6 years of using discord so I was weirded out a little-, I looked up online and people said that disable evidently means that my account was banned and that I needed to check my email for the reason of banning me, I went into my gmail and I got no email from discord, so logically I went to their website and filed a ticket saying that I got falsely banned, a few hours later I get an email from Clyde (their bot system) saying that my account was disabled for breaking community guide lines and it won't be reinstated -I've never participated in anything malicious or harmful and my track record is clean, I'm an early supporter and have been using nitro for the entirety of those 6 years, on top of that I'm a growing twitch streamer so why'd I risk my reputation doing something illegal?- that explanation was so vague and unclear, I went to twitter and dmed discord explaining what happened and this is what I was greeted with.

" I can see that you received a response from our Trust & Safety team. All appeals are manually reviewed by an agent, even if the response comes from our Clyde bot. This response is final."

Like I'm trying so hard not to be pissed off and rash so I followed up with another ticket saying "ok discord I have never broke any of your guide lines, it's either there's a mistake or someone broke into my account and you can check my track record", and disappointingly enough, I got the same bot response saying that I broke the community guide lines and my account won't be reinstated.

I've been using discord as an escape mechanism for the past few years, being a new graduate with a debt and a new streaming career, this has been really heartbreaking seeing that I can't get real support team to interact with me, anyone can solve my problem?

Good luck getting it back, Discord T&S sucks, mostly uses bots to reply to your E-mail, hardly any humans.

And let alone their chances of your appeals being accepted are slim asf, found this out on one of my posts when pepsiplayzz showed me an image about it.

cad it's really sad, I had a lot of memories that I held onto on that account, one of my friends died and his conversation is still saved on there and it breaks my heart knowing it's gone forever, and the worst part is they don't want to even tell me what I did wrong just vague bot comments :(

Same thing for me i made like 2 appeals and i still haven't gotten a response
