Transfer App Teams (and allow the Discord Staff to do it)

It would be great for App Teams Owners to transfer the ownership to other members, even if they contain a verified bot. Discord Staff confirmed that it would be added in the future, but I think it can be a great feature while making it very secure, so no scams or things like that can occur.

But since this will be added soon, the Discord Team should also be able to transfer applications or App Teams from inactive user accounts. In my case, one of my friends deleted their Discord account, but their App Team is still up, so he told me it would be fantastic if I could get it back from his account and continue what he was doing with his newer account.

This is probably not going to be upvoted and seen by the developers, but if it can interest you, feel free to do it!
