Disable Nitro Nagging

Simple: allow us to disable ANYTHING that will trigger a Nitro Offer prompt, including Super Reaction button, Gift Friends, Boost Server, etc.

How? New option in Settings → Nitro, titled "Do not offer me Nitro" switch. When turned on, a feedback box appears where the user can present their reason ("It's annoying" or "Not interested" or "Can't afford"), and that reason is then tallied and shared with Discord's development team so they can better try to find ways to make Nitro better for non-Nitro users (If it's annoying, they'll tone down the offers in the future. If not interested, nothing is done. If it's unaffordable to them, tune the prices for their region)

What activating it would do is simple: hide anything that can trigger the Nitro offers. Pronto.

And more importantly: DON'T mess with button positioning to make people more liable to waste their time with an useless prompt.

Alternatively, just give advanced users the ability to modify the CSS and Content table, FFS.
