Opera GX Built-In Discord Themes: Are they against TOS?

Are the website themes for the discord webpage offered on the Opera GX Browser against TOS even though they are built into the browser itself? I’ve seen some people talk about them and I wanted to be sure.

    I am not discord staff. Take this with a grain of salt.

    Tbh discord doesn't care much.
    Especially if you use your own themes. In the end it is just some css code that applies to a site, which changes the design and doesn't add any functionality or make any API calls.
    Thats why i doubt discord gives a 💩 about you using it.
    I have been using cuszom themes for over 4 years now and i am still on this platform
