Problems if you lost F2A

I personally have a serious problem with F2A and i had been reaching for help but because of the politics of discord, they can´t delete de F2A, i think that is very dumb that besides i already show that i'm the owner of the account, the support can't do anything about it. I don't have anything to lost already because i can´t log into my account with 4 years. I understand that for reasons of security and privacity they can´t do it but i think that if i want them to do it they have to do it because i need it, and even worst when i didn´t lost the 2FA because of me, it was because of Authy and because of my pc who had a problem and lost the information. I think isn´t fair that for mistake of an application and of my pc i can´t log in my account anymore just because the politics of your enterprise, i know that it´s hard now that the support can´t do something but i hope that change that in the future because i´m not the only one who had problems with 2FA.

    Same here. How many pictures they need about my profile? I had screen records to when im inside my Account. I can show the first bought Nitro. I can show everything and nothing happen. ALWAYS the same answer.

    same thing with me, now their telling me to transfer ownership but they dont even respond to my emails about that?

    The sad truth is they did not care about anyone. It is Time of matter and Discord will be gone cuz no one gonna use this terrible platform OR they start to solve problems WITH REAL HUMAN, NO BOTS. It is up to them.

    It's very confusing why they didn't can do that because a lot of plataforms allow that system of recover your account in every case, i recover an account of LoL when i didn't use it in a lot of time, an account that was already deleted

    I'm in a similar position.  I never enabled 2FA but Discord did (when they had their latest data breach).  But because Discord set it, I don't have the recovery keys.  Even though I can (somehow) login to the Discord Support, I can't use the same credentials for Discord itself.  It's shockingly bad.

     

    Talking to the Discord Support has not got me anywhere, so I now have no option but to request my account be deleted.  The problem is, I don't know which servers I was a member of - it was always a convenient icon on the left.

     

    DISCORD SUPPORT IS APPALLING!!!
