Report Nelly .Terrible discord support

The notification did not come in time, when I received the notice at the same second I was kicked out of my account, that is, the very meaning of this warning is lost because of the behavior of the system. I was blocked for 24 hours, I sat for 24 hours and logged into my account, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, that's the word entirely, ес solely that I called my friend, and then exactly 3 hours later, I am blocked forever, I was shocked, what and why was not said, I just kicked out of the account. And now going on, the first time I blocked here e wrote a message to support and described the problem, he never read, after unblocking and the second blocking, I wrote 2 more messages in different threads, I was ignored for days, as soon as I wrote a message from another account, it was responded to for half an hour, how come, where is your logic in the fact that the posts fall into a strict queue, nonsense, this is the second problem I noticed, I refused to help because I wrote from another account, I went to the blocked and began to raise the alarm in the topics. I got a reply after 2 days, to my surprise, the administrator under the nickname Nelly did not explain the reasons for blocking and template replied to the investigation, which has already indirectly confirmed its ignoring the two errors from the system, no comment on any of them, the same template, he answered my 4
created threads, with the same message, absurd. I asked this character to argue his actions, what and why, to explain, as a result of 6 days of ignoring, I guarantee that I wrote from the second account to me again to answer in half an hour.
We have 4 problems
1 - Different priorities for blocked and active accounts, and knowingly messages about the general queue is a complete lie.
2 - The first ignoring of the problem is probably random, the second is already systematic, Nelly directly ignored my arguments and any notifications of errors from the platform.
3 - Ignoring for 6 days, complete lack of alternatives in terms of going out to any other administrators.
Once again, for this account I will fight to the last, this marasmus I will show and tell the entire public, which I can only reach, I say that I will not tolerate this attitude. I will duplicate this topic from any other accounts, on any other sites and forums, I will buy advertising in order to highlight the problem.

Nelly is an alias for any number of staff members (it's one of their mascots), not one person FYI
It's also the name they used when migrating from the old feedback forum to this new one, hence why so many suggestions are from Nelly
As far as you complaining about being terminated.. You broke rules, Discord can terminate your account for any reason, you violating the ToS/ToU is most definitely a valid reason
They can warn you if they're feeling nice, but they really don't need to2

Tho i wish trust and safety had mote people and they wouldn't just reply 3x with a generic answer of how to block someone when i am reporting malware 🙄2
First of all what you're doing is still impersonation, regardless of your intentions. You're explicitly saying things like "our support team" implying that you're a discord employee, which is against the ToS.
Second of all you are not helping by responding to feedback in discord style. If people want server list separators then let them suggest it. There's no need to be like "thank you for your suggestion however there are already server folders". As the name of the forum says, it's for people to provide their feedback, not for support-wannabes like you to turn down features ideas that you don't see fit.3

On the part of the technical support agents, you have received a response. Both from me and my colleague. Our T&S team handles cases on a priority basis and sometimes you have to wait. Also, creating a huge number of tickets does nothing to speed up the review process.
