Role Management and Thread Accessibility

There's issues with Role/Thread linking where not everyone in a role are summoned to a thread when it is being mentioned.

    It would also be nice to have another feature that allows you to mark leader(s) within that role with having to create another role, maybe just an icon you could attach to anyone you want them to be a leader.
