Assign an interaction to the "Back" button in the report server survey on the Mobile client.

Hi,
On the mobile client, more precisely in the report server survey on the first page there’s a "Back" button which is used later on the report process, but on the first page it does nothing.

I think you should add a utility to that button (make the survey close) or even remove it (not really useful on that first page since you have also the "X" button to close the survey).
