Can I just admire how ignorant your tech support is?
I mean, isn’t is so ironic how a tech specialised social forum has completely unqualified tech support assistants?
If you don’t believe me, take my case for example. All I wanted to do is verify a phone number because I couldn’t since an account which originally had was hacked, and all they did was try to direct me to automated forums that never fully helped with the issue and even when I got their attention, they couldn’t even admit that they were clueless of how to solve this issue. Apparently they have directed the case to “Team Support”, but I still haven’t received any confirmation of that for nearly 2 weeks now.
Like I get it, you most likely don’t know how to solve an issue like the one I have, but next time, just be honest and maybe I wouldn’t of needed to waste my time trying to contact tech support when all they do is looks for ways to avoid the problem. If you really want me to have a great time in Discord, cut the bs and get a tech support system that doesn’t rely on systematically processing issues that could easily be resolved if your assistants were at least qualified to handle or even just understand complex tech issues on your own platform.
