Limit mentioning @everyone and @here per day for servers more than 1000 members and remove @everyone and @here mention's red dot after a certain period

When we receive @everyone and @here ping from a server, the red dot stays forever if we do not read the mention. New Discord users or general users don't customize their notifications and keep getting unwanted/several mentions' red dot from joined servers. The number of red dots keeps increasing day by day. And, after a time, it's hard to check all of them or make all of them "mark as read" to get rid of red dots.

In this circumstance, I suggest removing the unchecked @everyone and @here mention's red dot after a certain period automatically (probably two months or more)

Also, I would suggest limiting @everyone and @here ping for servers with more than 1000 members (can be limited to thrice per day).
