Add more muting options while streaming or watching a stream

So currently, you have the option to mute other people in a voice chat, however I would like to see the mute options expanded:

1. A toggle for "mute all people, except those watching your stream" (Only available if you are streaming)
2. A toggle for "mute all people, except of people whose streams you are watching"
3. A toggle for "mute all people, except all people who are watching the streams you are"

I'd like to see these mute options so that people who have nothing to do with a particular stream don't disrupt the experience because you are hearing them talk about something completely different. For example:

Two people in one VC are streaming their screen, one is producing a happy hardcore track, and one is producing a dubstep track. Let's say I want to listen to what the happy hardcore person is saying, but also talk to them while they are making the song.

Now, people who are talking/watching with the dubstep producer don't want to hear my chitchat, so by using the extra mute options, they get to have a better experience with that person. And of course, same with me.
