The support area login URL is shared by other companies, make it unique.
Many people use password managers that look at server and domain names to know which account to apply. You're connected to Zendesk somehow, and I've got 3 other accounts for them already. All sharing the same prefix (server and domain). I'm baffled Zendesk doesn't use your company name as a virtual server to segregate traffic from each client easily. But beyond that they could include your name in a folder path.
Also not being able to reuse the same credentials as Discord proper utilizes is a negative for me. I realize if a user can't log in to discord then the support area would be blocked from login too, but that's a "you" issue (not even only you). There would be ways around it, but this feels lazy on your part.
