I want to trust that discord is actually reading our feedbacks.

There is so much feedback given to discord, some of which are good and some of which are bad.

However, the issue I am seeing is the lack of actions from discord with regard to them. It has come to a point where I would like to know that the employees are at LEAST aware of the feedback given.

I recommend a read receipt function.

  You are speaking as if there actually are a support team and not just a bot handling tickets and feedback.
