Trust And Safety Don't Care?

A staff namely Marengo is just replying same messages over and over again without checking the required message links provided. This guy don't even check anything written in the ticket and just reply a same message. I have reported thousands of server and some action is always taken against them because before reporting any server I thoroughly check the report that it breaks which Discord Terms Of Service and then report the server accordingly but whenever this guy named Marengo has started reviewing my reports he just reply with the same message without checking the report. I would like to suggest Discord Trust and Safety team to take their time but atleast check the report before replying because we are just wasting our time reporting the servers writing essays about the terms of service being broken and the staff just ignores it? Please look after the matter as if it continues to happen then everyone will think that Discord has allowed illegal activities to take place in their platform. Regards, A Discord User.

  Vouch for this guy,
  I am too facing this problem, I am not getting replies on ticket for long and when I get reply, there is no action taken, discord should work on hiring new trust and safety staff team, that is regular in replies and take appropriate actions on our reports.
  
  And about Marengo staff, yeah I got him in one ticket he replied to the report but no action was taken on report, even if its clear that server is selling nitro and boost, there is no action taken on that.

  My account was disabled by Discord AFTER I reported fraud charges to PayPal that was made by someone who hacked my Discord account 2 days ago. I haven't been able to access my account for this long and I haven't gotten any help from support. It is absolutely insane that their SLA is this long for hacked/disabled accounts.

  I will reply every single day until they resolve my issue. One of my 6 tickets got replied to today by Empanada and they essentially said it’s left to the Trust and Safety team. The same team that has not responded to a ticket in 3 days.

  Submit any complaints like this to BBB. It seems they actually reply to your tickets if you make it public.

  I don't need reply, atleast if you are replying then check the message links which we have given but that Marengo guy is don't even check the message links.

  I don't even get a reply from this guy. He just marks my ticket as "Solved" without saying anything or taking any action.
  For context: My account and discord server of 1.6k members was falsely disabled / deleted thanks to mass-reporting alongside 4 other admins' accounts being disabled too.

  Can confirm this person just marks tickets as resolved without replying. They just did it to me for the second time.
