Change NSFW gate UI to show the channel topic next to the "Continue" button

effectively, this. before or after the button. Probably before. 

I think NSFW channels are an important part of servers, and having that access definitely keeps discord a relevant tool. But the fact that there's no verification system is a hot bowl of garbage for any server admin to deal with. 

At the very least, having the server topics be more visible before joining could enable people to better clarify their expectations of what users should/shouldnt post in their NSFW channels.
