Suggestion: An extra pin button on opened pinned messages that makes the message stay on screen even after losing focus.

Currently pinned messages hide again when you e.g. focus back on the text input field.

  Yes, that's the default behavior of pinned messages in Discord. When you click on the text input field, Discord hides the pinned messages to give you more screen space. However, you can still access the pinned messages by clicking on the "Pinned Messages" icon (it looks like a pushpin) in the top right corner of the Discord channel.

  If you prefer to have the pinned messages always visible, there is a setting in Discord that you can change to make this happen. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Discord app and click on the gear icon next to your username at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Click on "User Settings" and then click on "Text & Images" in the left sidebar.
  3. Scroll down to the "Pinned Messages" section and toggle on the switch next to "Always show pinned messages."

  Once you've made this change, the pinned messages will always be visible in the Discord channel, even when you're typing a message.
