yes it happened on my website sassastatuscheck350 you can also try this method to solve the issue. If you have installed multiple plugins, there may be conflicts between them that are preventing new plugins from installing. Try deactivating all plugins and then installing the new plugin you want to use. If the new plugin installs successfully, you can reactivate the other plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.

Well, it is quite a common issue that often occurs in the WordPress website, I had faced the same issue when I installed my WordPress blog SASSAHelp.co.za, but after struggling to find a solution, I found something that worked for me. Following are the steps that you can try to fix this on your website too…
1. Deactivate all the installed in your WordPress website, you can do that by going to Plugins>All Plugins. Select all the plugins and then deactivate all plugins.
2. Now check the front-end version of your website to ensure that the issue has done. (I am 100% sure that it is gone). Make sure to try in the Incognito mode of your browser.
3. Now that you found that the issue has gone, come back to Plugins>All Plugins section and activate plugins one by one and see if the issue occurs again or not.
4. When the issue comes back, find out the plugin that you just activated. And that's when you found the culprit.
5. Either delete that plugin, find an alternative or talk to their support to resolve this plugin conflict.
