Why is Discord being so negligent?

My tickets have repeatedly been marked as "solved" by Discord, yet I have not received any response from their support team regarding my issue. Is there any way to prompt a response from them for my latest response?

  Customer service is non-existent.
  Everything is standard messages. Even though you have written a well thought-out ticket, they still reply with a rude standard message.

  If you reply to that message because your problem dint get resolved, they will just keep marking the ticket as solved with either the same standard message or with no reply.

  That's it... Get used to it I guess, cause.they don't give a flying f-word about us customers/users.

  Sad, i know...
