Prevent accidentally sending profile notes as messages

I love the profile notes feature in discord, but for two times already I've accidentally sent a message instead of making a note. A potentially very embarrassing mistake. I wondered why this is, so I looked a bit closer at the UI.

It has to do with a little inconsistency in two profile popover / dialog / modal views for profile. In one of them (when clicking on a profile from a chat message), the bottom interaction is setting a note. In the other (from the contacts list), it's sending a message. But the message interaction is actually on the top right on the other one. The two windows look alike enough to make me intuitively click the bottom item when looking for the note setter, which can result in me sending a message what meant to be a private note. 

The solution is very simple: move the `message` input from the sidebar profile modal to the top right. That way it's consistent with the other modal, and it does not lead to awkward DMs. A different solution is to make both views always the same, and simply dropping one.
