Unnable to cancel my boost subscriptions

When try to cancel my boost subscription, either on the computer or in the browser or even in the portable version, the modal open, I click on "Next" and the subscription is not cancelled.

I'm a softwore developer, so I've tried to report the bug by email. But it's been a few days since I've received a response and I'm worried of still being charged without being able to cancel 😔
