Discord Calls are not ringing

Calls no long ring in private when incoming. Outgoing calls will have the ringing notification sound, but incoming calls will not and will not pop up either. The other party instantly joins along with regular message notification ping.

Started occuring in the last week. I do have "Incoming Ring" enabled in the Notifications section of the settings panel.
