I Really Need Help About My Compromised Account
Hello, i don't know where i have to get start i just know im so frustrated about my 7 years old Discord account.
I got a message from a person on trusted server to test out their game he said that download the game and give a feedback about it then I downloaded the game but it's been too late that was the method "test my game to access my accounts." he was only able to steal my Discord account i secured every account except Discord. He changed my e-mail, password and he made an account with my original mail and activated 2FA therefore I can't disable it because I don't know the password of that Discord account and can't do anything so there is unknown account bonded with my original e-mail. I sent a support request to get my account back but it is been almost 1 week they just said we forwarded your ticket to "Trust and Safety Team" and I am still waiting for a reply. I tried to send them these proofs to get my account back:
> I created ticket with my original mail so i don't have any problem with different associated mail. My ticket e-mail same with before it is changed.
> First and last Nitro payment receipts sent by Discord i already had in my mail box which i paid with my credit card so I think they can see my account the order numbers belongs to.
> Almost 1 year of Apple App Store payment history for Nitro subscriptions because sometimes I was paying with Apple App Store except my credit card.
Long story short is there any chance to get my account back with providing these proofs? Can I get my account back even it is e-mail changed and i don't have any access to 2FA? Has anyone managed to get the account back after it was compromised? If you got your account back how long did it take to get help?

its been almost more than 1 week and no ones give a damn reply to my ticket! HELLO? how it feels good with my 3 years of Nitro subscription? seems you stole my money and went quietly huh?
I could understand and wait patiently when they reply so late if there is a normal question or techinal issue but there is an urgent request which is should be fixed as much as possible. I am sure you guys don't receive more ticket than Steam even they receive more i get answer in 72 hours for any issue. nice customer service Discord, fix that bullshit!

had the same experience when my account got hacked also I contacted the support team for more than a week but they wouldn't reply me not until I got referred to
" On WhatsApp and they helped me get back my account.

Anyone claiming to help you get your account back is not legit. Contact discord by opening a ticket via "Submit a ticket" instead!If you do contact them, remember to not send them any password or private information!

It is clear that is a scam. I already sent them a ticket but still couldn't reply yet its been almost more than 1 week. What is the average response time of these kind of cases?

I hope you get your account back man untill they change up some of their recover policy's my 6 (almost 7 year old) Discord account is lost it hurts man.

Did you got any Nitro subscriptions to prove it is your own account? Did you sent a ticket if you did when did they reply to your request and what they said?

I have send numerous Nitro subscription payments to them (I had early supporter badge so i had quite a few up-to the date). but no matter what i did since the e-mail that was associated with the account beforre the hacking got hacked aswell and i can't recover it they won't share details with me because that apparently proves i can't verify ownership of the account wich makes no sense since i ltteraly have the phone number that was associated with the account , all the payments i made trough Discord & thousands on thousands of screenshots and things only i would know or have acces to if that was indeed the account i have used for years.
Since you have the actual e-mail still in your posession i don't think hope is lost i would just send another message in the ticket demanding a response in a nice way since they eventually have to respond.
Let me know what happens man for me i lost almost everything because i can't recover my account its devastating there is almost no point for me in gaming anymore 6-7 years of stuff and profile is lost now.
But anyways im wondering off into my own situation sorry :p

its been 8 days for me and today will be 9 there isn't any human being replied my request. I will inform you when they give me a some life signal.

I have been having the same problem here.. my Discord account got hacked two days ago after having it for 4 years, since I got scammed and this hacker was also taking money out of my bank, mainly because I also had Nitro, good thing I’m getting a refund for the stolen money soon, but the Discord support team hasn’t gotten back to me yet about my compromised account.. :/

GN5572 If you still have the e-mail in possesion before your account got compromised you shuld be able to recover your account sooner of later. Else i have some bad news to break to you bro :

You still have the actual e-mail in your posession so if i were you i would right in the ticket a normal message asking / demanding to be assisted yet again. You actually have the e-mail account still in your posession so you have the right to be helped out bro :p my cause is lost because the e-mail got compromised and fully taken from me but since that didn’t happen to you they should be able to help you and need to help you sooner or later.

@Niño I mentiond it in second msg after staff msg me that he has transferd the issue to support team and then very next day i opend another tickt where i mentiond it properly that i have the mail and hacker has the 2fa of his own on it but its 4 days now how long u think they will take

Right now I’m having the same problem with TS and need urgent help to recover my account and I still have the account’s OG email and OG phone number even though the hacker had bypassed my 2FA.
That said, the hacker bound a newly created account to my og email and I cant even access the account to remove it since i can’t even get reset password emails from my OG email.
