Don't jump to thread start message when exiting a thread

Currently, when you exit a thread, you are dumped into its parent channel at the message which started the thread. But in some cases this can be many months old. I don't really see any functional reason why you would want to jump to this point when leaving a thread, and it can result in missing new messages in that channel.
