Update Time Zone Info for Mexico

Heyo!

The timestamps displayed on messeges I've just sent are an hour ahead of the current time and I'm pretty sure this has to do with the fact that this is the first year in which Mexico has stopped observing Daylight Savings Time in most of the country:

I've seen an issue where certain android phones changed the system clock back and made some co-workers arrive an hour early to work. It was on the correct time zone, but with the old info.

So yeah, no more DST in Mexico, except for certain areas along the northern border just to stay in sync with the US.

    I don't think Discord controls the timezone data, I think it's up to your device to update

    My devices updated fine, the pc I sent the message with has the right time and time zone info.

    it has happened before with DST changes https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360056415072-Wrong-time-SOLVED- the solution in the comments there won't work for DST changes, discord has to update something because the DST was removed this year

    Can confirm this is still an issue with the desktop client even though OS (Windows) time is correct.

    It is also messing up the use of this feature:

    <t:1682310913:T>

    iOS and Android don't seem to have this issue for some reason, only the desktop client.

    This is still an issue for me, I can change my Windows 11 to UTC and it shows it correctly, but I switch back to "(UTC-06:00), Guadalajara, Mexico City, Monterrey" and it keeps showing 1 hour ahead what it actually shows on the Windows Clock

    Again I have to double check my local time and what I see on the Discord Android App and I see pings from different servers showing me an hour ahead only on the Desktop client.

    My guess is DST would have ended next Sunday if we had it, so we should have the correct timestamps next week

    I still would encourage people to fill bug reports but they'll be harder to test until the issue happens again (April 2024)
