Allow us to disable Super Reaction playback

Why? simple: We can already:

  • Disable automatic Media Playback
  • Disable Sticker playback
  • Disable animated GIF playback
  • Disable animated Emoji

So why not just allow us to:

  • Disable Super Reactions automatic playback
  • Disable Super Reactions playback on hover
  • Disable Super Reactions ENTIRELY (including if someone tries to Super React to the user's message)
    ?

Also, FFS, allow us to disable ALL THE NITRO ANNOYANCE YOU KEEP SHOVING IN OUR FACES! Not everyone cares about Nitro enough to warrant being pestered this much, not everyone can afford Nitro.

It's 2023 and Discord is now MORE ANNOYING THAN SKYPE!

    That's to say: suggesting "do this other unrelated thing that somehow will fix this but breaks everything else" is a TERRIBLE idea.
