Discord support isn't able to provide proper customer support to its users.
I got hacked about 6 months ago, the account is still on discord as the hacker changed the profile not too long ago.
I had opened a ticket after it happened, explaining how I got hacked, just like you should.
I had provided emails, passwords, locations, past usernames, past device connections and even backup codes and passwords. As you would probably have guessed already, I only got an automated response and nothing else. I had opened several tickets in the span of 6 months (about 5-8) and tried to get a response from discord support. I had also been trying to get them on social media like reddit and twitter but got no response as well.
Want to know the frustrating thing? The hacker that hacked me was a part of a server, not a privet server but a public server. The entire server's goal was to hack people, and that's what they did. discord has hacker groups all around using the platform and what does discord do? Nothing.
The hacker used MY NAME to spread around racial slurs and general racism just because they could. It has been 6 months and I haven't gotten a response even for my first ticket. Discord support is truly something else if they can't solve a ticket when they had all the information they could ask for.
I had also provided them with my xbox username because I had used discord on my xbox and it has been connected to the account as well as my reddit username. They did nothing.
I had lost about 2 years of my life, friends, servers, and actual enjoyment. A little escape from reality if you want to call it that. But why would discord care? It's not like we, the users, actually matter to them now do we?
This post is a last effort of mine to get their attention. I had been trying to do that for countless sleepless nights and for several months.

Discord will not help you, the have no tech support and have no support short of automated responses that are scripts. Discord is a scam full of micro-transactions for basics a software should have and provide zero account recovery services which are also a basic standard with similar software.
Im in the process of hounding Discord and trashing their social media, until it hurts them so much they lose sponsors seeing all the negative feedback
You want to get something done you have to trash them so hard it hurts their bottom line then they will start doing something1 -

You should check this out. Its been almost 2 weeks and not a human being replied to my help request even I am 3 years old Nitro subscriber. Discord support is the worst support experience i ever see before. I think we should get organized against to this shitty support service!
